01Learners first
Access to learner records is limited by responsibility. Guardian accounts are linked explicitly to their learners; teachers see assigned classes and learners.
02Careful communication
Do not place unnecessary sensitive information in enquiries or notes. Child-facing messaging, uploads and direct learner accounts are not enabled.
03Raise a concern
Use the academy’s verified contact channel to raise a safeguarding concern. The academy must approve its reporting contacts and policy before launch.
