Terms and Condition

At Al-Huffaadh International Academy, we would be delighted to welcome your child(ren) to our program. To ensure your child fully benefits from our offerings, we have established specific policies and conditions. We advise all parents/guardians to carefully review the admission policies and terms and conditions outlined below, which govern admission to our Academy and your child's continued enrollment as a student.

After successfully submitting your application and completing the interview, you will need to decide whether to continue with classes at Al-Huffaadh International Academy.

Upon your decision to continue, fees are due on the specified date. Monthly fees are paid in advance during the first ten days of each month, while semester fees are paid before the commencement of lessons. Please note that classes may be paused if fees are not paid by the due date.

Al-Huffaadh reserves the right to suspend classes if payment is overdue by more than 10 days from the beginning of the month without any excuse.

For the regular course, please note that if your first payment is made on any day other than the first day of the month, you will attend the remaining classes for that month. Starting from the following month and every subsequent month, you will attend classes according to your chosen study plan.

In case you need to hold the classes and intend to continue with the same teacher at the same time once again when you resume back, then Al-Huffaadh will charge the full fee per student for the reservation of the slot for you with the same teacher.

Please note that the teacher will inform you of the cancellation of any extra classes which will be more than the number of classes required in your suitable study plan.

Example: If it has been agreed that you will do 4 classes per month on Saturdays, sometimes it happens that there are 5 Saturdays in one month. In that case, the 5th class will be canceled. Your payment is done according to an hourly rate; therefore, the extra classes have not been paid for.

Any leave is considered paid from your side and there is no make-up for that it is also paid if you keep the same schedule and teacher as we cannot utilize the time for any other students. There will be no make-up classes for such leave except in case of sudden illness or death in the family, with proof provided.

If students miss any class without prior notice (except in case of an emergency due to sudden illness or death in the family), the absence will be marked and no makeup class will be arranged. But in case of teacher’s absenteeism, make-up classes will always be arranged

To insult teachers, staff or a member of the community is an inexcusable offense and any child found to be guilty of such behavior would be liable for sanctions/dismissal.

The Academy may require, at any time the withdrawal of a Student from the Program for any reason at the discretion of the Head of Academy. Reasons may include but are not limited to matters related to the Student's inability to participate in or benefit fully from the Academy's curriculum or if there is a breach by the Parent or the Student of any matters or things not mentioned herein. The Academy's decision is final.

If you want to cancel a class any day due to the acceptable reasons mentioned above, you are required to inform your teacher through means of communication and send an email to us at admin@alhuffaadh.com 6 hours earlier to avail of the makeup class.

In case of any complaint/observation/suggestion, parents are required to direct it to admin@alhuffaadh.com for proper management of the issue raised. Parents are strictly advised not to raise any of their complaints to any of the teachers.

Al-Huffaadh International Academy reserves the right to cancel the classes if any student remains absent for more than two weeks without prior notice and no refund will be entertained as per our Terms of Service.

Never share your contact information like phone number, Email, address, or credit card information with any teacher. Al-Huffaadh will not be held responsible in case of misuse.

Al-Huffaadh reserves the right to change teachers anytime if needed for quality teaching purposes.

In case the teacher resigns/is terminated, students will be provided with a new Quran teacher and students will not stay in touch with any individuals.

Al-Huffaadh will increase the fee of every student according to the terms of service with the ratio of about 7-10% of the present fee every year at the end of the year of the Gregorian calendar, with prior notification to the parents/Guardian

Parents are not allowed to discuss any payments and your contact details with the teachers as in case of any loss or damage Al-Huffaadh will not be responsible.

The fee for the slots varies according to the study plans chosen by the students.

The Eid Holidays on both occasions are paid leaves for the teachers and we have no other leaves in the years for the teachers except the Eid. So Eid Holidays are included in the monthly fees and there are no makeup classes and no refunds for those holidays.

Al-Huffaadh reserves every right to revise its Terms of Service & Conditions at any point in time and any amendment made to these terms and conditions of admission will be updated on our website.

All the above rules and conditions and any other rules and conditions deemed necessary must be adhered to.
