Payment and Refund Policy

At Al-Huffaadh International Academy, we strive to provide high-quality educational services to our students. We understand that circumstances may arise where a parent or guardian may request a return or refund. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing such requests.

1. Fee Payment

All fees paid to Al-Huffaadh International Academy are non-refundable except as outlined in this Policy.

2. Cancellation of Classes

Parents or guardians may request the cancellation of classes by providing a written notice to admin@alhuffaadh.com at least 6 hours before the scheduled class time. In such cases, the following conditions apply:

• If the cancellation is due to acceptable reasons (e.g., sudden illness, family emergency), makeup classes will be arranged at no additional cost.
• If the cancellation is not due to acceptable reasons, no makeup classes will be arranged, and the fee for the missed class will not be refunded.

3. Absence and Makeup Classes

If a student misses a class without prior notice (except in cases of emergency), no makeup class will be arranged, and the fee for the missed class will not be refunded.

4. Teacher Absenteeism

In the event of a teacher’s absenteeism, makeup classes will always be arranged at no additional cost to the parent or guardian.

5. Withdrawal from the Program

If a student withdraws from the program for any reason, the fees paid for the remaining classes will not be refunded.

6. Changes to Schedule or Teacher

Al-Huffaadh International Academy reserves the right to change class schedules or teachers as necessary for quality teaching purposes. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

7. Eid Holidays

Eid holidays are included in the monthly fees, and no makeup classes or refunds will be provided for these holidays.

8. Refund Process

Requests for refunds must be made in writing to admin@alhuffaadh.com. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and issued using the original method of payment.

9. Revision of Policy

Al-Huffaadh International Academy retains the right to revise this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
